NINETY DAYS
OF BLESSING
As in the first Pentecost, transformed Christians transform their communities
as they offer themselves to God as instruments through which their prayers can
be answered.
In Lakeland: We are forming or furthering local
alliances among pastors, churches, ministries and business leaders,
to bring practical, transformational blessing to our communities.
For ninety days, we encourage you to link arms with local charities
to bless the people of Lakeland.
In Lakeland: Participating Churches will be praying
during their regularly scheduled Sunday services all around Lakeland.
24/7 CONSTANT
PRAYER
Millions of Christians found ways to pray night and day throughout
the ten days leading to Pentecost. In Lakeland: Christians will gathered for prayer each of the
Ten Days at Churches throughout the city. You can continue to pray with us. The
audio files from the Ten Days of Prayer are available here
Uniting in repentance
and prayer for the awakening of the church and the transformation
of the city.
This effort is centered on the theme and
purposes of 2 Chronicles 7:14-16
"If my people, who are called
by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face
and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven
and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my
eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered
in this place. I have chosen and consecrated this temple so
that my Name may be there forever. My eyes and my heart will
always be there."
